Today:  Weigh-in for all-women's card in Lake Tahoe!
(AUG 30) Today the weigh-in was held for the ALL-WOMEN's card, in Lake Tahoe, and promoted by Rock and Sock Productions. In the main event bout, Elena "Baby Doll" Reid weighed in at 111.5, and her opponent Mary Elizabeth Ortega, 112.  Other boxers:  Daria Hill, 145; Jill Emery, 143.5; Stacey Rogers, 124.5; Melissa "Huracan" Hernandez, 130; Erin Toughill, 158, Laura Ramsey, 160; and in an exhibition bout, Lisa "Bad News" Brown, 124, who will be fighting Belinda Laracuente, 132.     Copyrighted photos by Photographer Alan Messick
